The “Rhein VII” ensemble was created in the middle of a park directly on the Rhine. With seven point blocks comprising 83 owner-occupied apartments, realised in two construction phases, a unique quarter was designed here that makes urban living on the Rhine possible.

In the west of Hamburg, in the sought-after district of Blankenese, 35 exclusive semi-detached and terraced houses as well as town villas were built in a quiet location. At the centre of the site stands a manor house dating from 1900. It was elaborately refurbished and converted into four houses. In addition, two detached single-family houses and a further 29 houses were built on the site.

A perimeter block development towards the street was realised, with a 6-storey residential building and two town villas in the courtyard.

The Gallus quarter is an up-and-coming district of Frankfurt am Main. It extends north of the Main and borders the Bahnhofsviertel to the east, the Gutleutviertel to the south, Griesheim to the west and Bockenheim to the north.

With this opportunistic sale, InCity Immobilien AG and its partner WIB Wirena Immobilien Beteiligungs AG achieved an early realisation of proceeds as early as 2013.

In the Dornbusch district, between Hessischer Rundfunk and the Westend campus of Frankfurt University, the seven-storey residential and commercial building with 64 rental apartments and two shops was built.

In addition to modern, open floor plans of varying size and layout, this project is distinguished by further features such as floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies and controlled apartment ventilation.

Logistikcenter Interpark Offenbach an der Queich

Construction of a logistics centre in Interpark Rheinpfalz

In the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the extension of a Daimler AG logistics centre was built in Interpark Rheinpfalz by the summer of 2014.

The logistics centre consists of three construction phases. Phases I and II comprise almost 92,000 m² and were realised in 2002 and 2006. In the course of Daimler AG's expansion, phase III with around 43,600 m² has now been built. The Offenbach a. d. Queich storage location is an integral part of the central warehousing tier of Daimler AG's global logistics network for the supply of spare parts for Mercedes-Benz cars, vans and trucks. A long-term lease with Daimler AG for the extension was signed before construction began.

In recent years, the Interpark Rheinpfalz site has developed into an attractive commercial location on the A 65 motorway. Across an area of 72 hectares, two well-known industrial companies - Daimler AG and the corrugated-board producer Prowell - shape the picture. A key locational factor for the region is its good accessibility with a connection to the supra-regional motorway network.

In Oberursel-Weißkirchen, eight semi-detached houses were built, each with around 160 m² of living space to the KfW70 standard. The plot sizes vary between 200 and 300 m². The layout - with a basement, a spacious living area on the ground floor, two children's rooms on the upper floor, a studio in the attic and a share of the garden - is ideal for families.

Oberursel, the second-largest town in the Hochtaunus district, is only a few kilometres from Frankfurt am Main. The excellent connection to the Main metropolis, the very good school infrastructure and the location at the foot of the Taunus make the town a highly sought-after place to live.

The Weißkirchen district lies in the south of the town area on the border with Frankfurt. Memelerstraße is a quiet residential street with short distances to the underground and suburban train stations.
