The design of the property draws on the early modernism of the 1920s. A sandstone-coloured façade cladding of light Portuguese limestone was used, echoing the similarly coloured natural-stone materials of the historic neighbouring buildings. The balcony railings and the windows were chosen in a bronze tone, which forms a contrast with clear accents against the natural stone used.
This design language continues inside the building. The interior was made throughout from high-quality materials.
